Hello, First here is my scenario. Last month I moved from mid-Michigan to south-Michigan (About 61 miles south). At my previous residence my AT&T service was fine. I have had U-Verse service since July of 2014 and have had a couple of techs come out, they always go to the incorrect address. I logged into My Account, and noticed that the BILLING ADDRESS and SERVICE ADDRESS do not match, and they should. Trying to figure out if anyone else has been having the same issue with retention reps promising you things only to find your bill 3 times that of what you agreed too. Now they saw there was never a promotion like they promised me but just went on the website and sure enough the promotion I was promised is listed just $10 more then the rep promised me. Now what??

After several attempts to contact AT&T and being transferred to several departments I am reaching for assistance through here. My front yard has a major eye sore due to a huge hole being dug up in addition to the orange boundary just sitting there for almost a week now. This needs to get resolved.
