New Service for land development, HELP!

Hi, 

  we are developing a new single home subdivision here in McAllen, TX, and we can't find a number where to call to request the AT&T services to be installed (phone, internet, etc)

with TWC is directly an engineer our contact with them, so we can just assume here will be the same.

PLEASE HELP!!!
