HELP Expired Card
I received A $250 reward card for signing up for U-verse. I was saving it for back-to-school shopping for my daughter. But when I went to pay for her shoes it said it was expired. I had no idea it expired within 30 days of receiving it I was saving it for back-to-school shopping. Is anyone else having this problem the expiration so soon after you get the card? I have held up to my end of the agreement with paying my bill on time every month and this reward was one of the incentive changing to U-verse, just can't believe it expires so soon after you receive it.

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your expired reward card problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck Smiley Wink
