Entire Sub-Division service issue without a clear explanation or resolution.
My name is Matt and I live in Burleson TX. I live in the Vista Oaks sub-division where U-Verse is the only option for internet and TV. All residence in our sub-division that have U-Verse have had the same service issue since Friday afternoon. We are now at 4 consecutive days with this issue and still no resolution. We have all been offered minor compensation but would much rather have some escalation to this issue and presence in our community to get the issue fixed once and for all. My phone # is **** and email is **** I hope that someone sees this that can escalate this properly. I feel that this is serious enough to warrant action on the part of ATT.
