Does Anybody At AT&T Really Care?

I have given up on my issue being resolved. I have come to terms with having to find, deal, wait for installers, etc. new wireless, cable, DSL, & home phone providers. I have even come to terms with the fact that I will possibly be paying more money! What I haven't come to terms with is that NO ONE can give me contact information on actually sending in a complaint that can be heard. I'm through with Customer Service Reps and their Managers, Transfers to different departments that can help, driving to this store because they can fix it, or chatting because they have the information I need. I have spent WELL OVER 25 hours dealing with this and every last person has given me the same options in general (after being told it wasn't an option!) All I'm asking is to be heard by someone who might can change it one day for future customers. After 20 years as a loyal customer, I feel I deserve that.

took us 2 months to get our issue resolved and it took a manager that noticed my "unresolved issue complaints"...she litteraly texted me then gave me a call. In a week I was able to send back at phone that they litterly lied to us by charging us $699.00 that we were to get as a free upgrade with a activation charge of $45.00. She took care of everything for us. I am so glad for I was able to get a new phone at Target and got treated 100% Better and was not "lied to either!"

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.

Just a quick update! First, I would like to thank you for your help and suggestions. I tried them to no avail! Samsung actually not only fixed the technical issues with my phone, but also replaced the replaced the the tiny camera lens that had the small scratch, at no cost! They felt the lens that was a non-issue! Wow, and I've only been their customer for a year and paid them a lot less in that time frame. We, as consumers, really need to start using the only voice these businesses listen to, our money until they start putting customer service back into their business models!

The Employees here seem like an afterthought of customer service.  They're a separate process from the phone customer service that fails at so many levels.  When is AT&T going to fix their phone customer service?

 

Those people that lose internet have no way to visit this forum from home.  They'd have to go out of their way to find internet access to get to the better customer service.  AT&T overall just has unacceptable Service nationwide and they're still far behind in providing U-Verse that should have existed over a decade ago from the kickbacks they got during the Clinton Administration for getting Fiber installed.  The CEOs from the 90s should give back the taxpayer money they basically stole.
