Anyone else have a problem with uverse's equipment return policy?
I apologize for the bad grammar and punaction.
I had a bad modem under warranty and was sent a replacement as soon as i recieved the new one i sent the defective one back via thier slow own usps label,took it inside myself and the freindly post office worker gave me a receipt for reason what is happening now.Now im being charged 100 dollars for that defective modem which they received so now they have the defective modem and is charging me 100 dollars which is on my current bill.I've tried chat,phone and no one seems to want to help me.Can someone on these forums please help?
I have the tracking number which shows they didnt even give the item a week and a half to arrive before charging me.

Contact ATT Customer Care on the link in my signature
Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your tracking number problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
