$20 for you not able to retrieve offer
We were sent a card offering a pre-paid $20.00 Visa through AT&T by logging onto a specific site (through AT&T).... there is no such site. Any help is appreciated.

Try it Monday after the holiday weekend. Sometimes ATT websites get wonky on holiday weekends. May also be listed on your account, it's about upgrating some part of your service at a higher price. 😉
