why is u-verse tv not available at my address?

I currently have u-verse high speed internet (elite) and I would like to add TV service to it. However, when I go to add it online, it says tv is unavailabe at my address, only internet and phone. I got the same response when I called. The reason I am interested is because I got this email: 


"Your account was recently reviewed and we've determined that you are officially eligible for an exclusive $200 BACK via AT&T Visa® Reward Card


.1 And for a limited time, get an extra $100 BACK when you order U-verse TV for $29 a month


for 12 months online.1 (Other charges apply. See below for offer details. New Internet gateway may be required.)"


I also just today got something in the mail saying I've been prequalified for U-family TV and Elite internet for $59. It came to my address, why would they send this if it really isn't availabe. 


I checked the availability online of my neighbors houses, and it says those are all availabe. I checked the one right next to my house on the right, the one next to me on the left, and the house acroose from me, and they are all available. Why is only my house unavailabe? Could this be a mistake?

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team.  One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly.  Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.


Sometimes the address database is not correct and it sounds like this is the case with yours.  This group can investigate and correct the database so your house shows green and also assist in getting you service.
