Not a question - just a statement.  I've had Uverse internet since April, 2013 and have had three major outages.  As many of you have stated, support is VERY difficult to obtain.  Miraculously, IF.I.WAIT.LONG.ENOUGH, my service returns.  After I finally was able to connect w/a technician during my most recent outage, he said that my modem had gone bad and sent out a new one.  Again, miraculously, my service magically appeared the next day just as quickly as it disappeared. Now my new modem is delivered and I am instructed to return it.  Can I simply go to a UPS store and state 'return to sender'?  Last night I had a VERY long 'live chat' w/someone at ATT who told me nothing.  I asked him to email an answer to my request (how should I send this modem back) and it will come as no shock to any of you, that he did not respond via email.  I can't WAIT till my contract terminates in April, 2014.  I will be 'high-tailing' it away from this company.Smiley Mad

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse RG/modem problems. Response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck Smiley Wink
