anyone else unable to connect to your smart-tv's server on att uverse?
i just bought a samsung smart tv specifically for the reason of using the smart tv functions/apps and it's like the smart-hub is unable to use the internet.
it's weird bc the tv itself can connect - downloaded firmware, ect. but the smart tv features can't.
we switched the DNS to 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168. - nada. temp disabled firewall - nada.
anyone had a similar prob?
i should add i disabled the att wireless router and used my own. their router was atrocious in speed.
Yes and we've increased the speed to 16mbps and changed the DNS settings even replaced the modem - all to no avail. I'm hoping someone has resolved this problem.
I also checked out the speed using speedtest on the internet and am getting under 3 mbps even though we're signed up for 16mbps.
