slow internet with high FEC/CRC errors and Errored Seconds

In the past two weeks, my internet become very slow, download/upload speed is almost the same. I tried to troubleshoot and noticed there are a lot of error (see tables below), any hints to fix this ?    Downstream and Upstream Statistics

Which RG do you have?, any changes inside home?

Basically you downstrem SN margin is at 6.0, anything below 9 down is trouble
Higher SN number better connection to provide service...
Your upsteam is very good...if the two sides were swtched probably be happier.

As signal to noise margin is always changing ...a relationship to signal strength provded versus surrounding noise.
Many things can affect this this relationship...both uverse controlled and non controlled.

nothing change at home, internet speed just became slow all the sudden. I tried reboot but no luck.  I also tried move the modem to different room but no luck either. 

 

I live in Sherman Oaks, CA (LA metro area).
