sent to collections for service I never received!!!
I was scheduled for uverse tv and intenet service and found I was unable to have satellite service in my apartment complex, nor was the technician going to be allowed to drill holes in my walls for service. I contacted AT&T and was told to refuse delivery of the items they were sending me which I did! I continued to get a bill for $70 for service I never received and a modem I never accepted delivery on! I have contacted AT&T on numerous occasions and was always told "they took care of it there should be no further bill coming and it was resolved" then the next month I get the bill for $70!!!!!! Now they sent my bill to collection and I NEVER RECEIVED SERVICE OR ITEMS from AT&T. How do you explain this! My credit score is not something I take lightly and AT&T is affecting it without just cause!
