"Upgraded" to U300 for same price as U200 for 3 months - Charged extra $78.97

I upgraded to U300 on 3/6 due to a $15 credit/month for 3 months which meant it cost the same as U200.

U-verse TV was $103 for March billing cycle.  April's billing cycle is the $103 + pro-rated U300 for March $78.97 (In addition to the $103 I already paid for that month).

I kept explaining to the 4(!) "customer care" agents that if TV is $77 one month and $92-$15 the next, it is the same price.  Each confirmed that May's billing cycle reverts to the previous price.

All that I want is for someone at AT&T to understand that U300 at the promo price is the same as base U200 and that I should not have a month in which I am charged an extra 22 days of TV service.

The new billing cycle would be $92-$15. The prior billing cycle should be (pro-rated portion of $92) - (pro-rated portion of $15) - (pro-rated portion of $77). Is there more to your billing than you gave here...maybe on the next page?

The problem is caused by making the change mid billing cycle. Just to keep it simple lets say a billing period is 30 days. Your promo is going to be 90 days starting 8 days into a cycle.
Your first bill is for 52 days (22 + 30 days)
second bill is 30 days
Third bill is 8 days - 30 - 8 days.

There would be similar calculations for the cost of the 200 service and the $15 credit. Not sure if the credit is tied to the 300 service or not. If not it may not line up with the prorates. Making it more complicated.
