payment arrangements

I have tried to make payment arrangements all weekend and today, just to keep getting told no! How do I get hold of a supervisor to fet this mess straight?

Billing department is only available Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm local time.

The department is closed on weekends and weekdays outside of above hours.

please call 1.800.288.2020 M to F 8am to 5pm. Recommend to call before 4pm.

Actually billing is availble 8a-7p M-F and 8a-5p Sat local time. Smiley Surprised

Contact ATT Customer Care here:

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your payment arrqngement problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck ;
