I have been trying off and on for over a week to talk to someone who can help with payment arrangements on my account. I keep getting the same response from everyone I talk to. I feel like everyone is a robot reading from a script. No one is really listening.I have set up the only payment arrangement that was offered to me but I am not going to be able to make that arrangement. Does anyone know if there is somone other than the customer service number I can talk to? I have been a customer for a while but I am seriously considering going back to Time Warner.
Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your payment arrangement problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm EST. This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media people that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.
