I made an overpayment on my bill on May 5th and I still have not seen my refund..2 months later. The overpayment was $1600. I have called numerous times and spoken to many managers and still nothing has been done. I can't believe how ridiculous this is. I would like to speak with someone at the corporate office but can't get through to anyone. HELP get my money back!!!!
Since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you. Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. Please take into account weekends when contacting them.
