not quite as fast upload as I expected...

I just got the 45/6 installed at my home.  The gateway shows:

Aggregated Information
Bonded Downstream Rate55430
Bonded Upstream Rate5690

I am only getting 45M down (hardwired) and 4M up (hardwired or wireless).  I expected to at least get 5M+ up especially after reading this:

The 6M upload is based on what is available, in your current case your max obtainable is 5690, so will not get 6000
Review or post your states at least one line is low on upload as max available should be close to 10M with 3M assigned to each line.

As you state just installed this may correct itself, but stats would allow a better picture of possible problem.

These are the "stats" I can find in the tool.  I cannot get UVRealtime to work yet.  Looks like if I can get line 2 to be like line 1, then I will be much closer to 6M.

Would agree line 2...SN margin has a 25% difference, did tech leave his number?

May adjust but if same on Monday would request tier support run a SELT test that will result in the ports being bounced as well as identify possible line issue(s).
SELT will take RG out of service for 3 to 10 minutes, so if have VOIP, call from cell phone, not home phone...would be disconnected.

Is there something I can do from my end?  Tech did leave his number, and he emailed me.  What do I tell the tech to check?

I has improved slightly overnight.  Why does it change when no one is working on it?

Here are some new stats with no tech inside my house.  I don't know if they did anything remotely or at the neighborhood box.  Seems like the Line 1 UP slowed slightly and the the Line 2 UP sped up, but not enough to get my above 5M net upload when tested.
