how do I get old remotes replaced?

how do I get old remotes replaced?

My remotes are getting old and cranky. Some of the labels are worn away and several of the buttons require multiple pressings to get the desired results. When am I eligible for new remotes?

Re: how do I get old remotes replaced?

If you call customer support (1-800-288-2020), they will usually send replacement remotes at no charge.  At least they have done so for me in the past.  Also, they did not require that the old remotes be returned.  Good luck.

If desire to order new remotes, customer replacement, or upgrade to RF remotes.
