dvr started rebooting and freezes.

dvr started rebooting and freezes.

After 12+ months with no problems, suddenly the dvr freezes and reboots.  I have rebooted rg and dvr, checked cords, etc with no luck.  Finally my husband talked to a tech who said it was windows and a tech would have to visit and fix at a cost of $200.

Unfortunately it looks like you dvr is in the beginning stages of failue.  You can call TS and ask the CSR to run a test on your service for errors, as well as telling themn about the DVR issues.  If there are any shown request that a tech be sent out to check it.
