complaint no service 4 whole days

I have called uverse now three times. Network outage in our area? Really it takes this long to fix? No emails no text to customers saying sorry no time frame when services will be back on? Formal complaint please tell me how to do this? My service normally does this on the regular goes in and out which I have complained about but nothing changes. So just wait it comes back on but really I have an online job and can't do this because my service is gone. Are you really working on restoring our services? Help please
