Just FYI - on my experience with this very thing:
The Research My Address option is no longer available.
I was able to chat with a CSR and was sent this link:
Of course, it failed to do anything but check the existing (possibly incorrect) database and tell me that UVerse is not available at my home.
I was then given the number to an AT&T Specialist.
I guess I'll try them tomorrow.
Another wild goose chase?
I just want someone to come to the location and determine what is actually available or when it might become available.
Someone, somewhere has a schedule and some idea of future growth areas.
A major relocation and residential build hinges on whether I can tele-commute.

I personally would suggest that you click this U-verse Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team and ask them to create an Address Validation Case on your behalf. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope in the upper right hand corner of this site) in a business day or three.
This is a group of U-verse service specialists who are knowledgeable about U-verse and will stay with your problem until the end (instead of forgetting about it when the phone hits the cradle). Speed things up by including any AT&T Account Number you already have, your exact physical address, the physical address of any adjacent neighbors who do have service, and the best time and way to reach you.
