I am having problems with customer service support personnel lying to me about technician visits concerning my Uverse equipment. The latest lie was told to me by a "supervisor" about a technical assistance visit. The supervisor said that he would call me back in about 15-30 minutes and that was about 6 hours ago. He isn't the first one to lie to me about the same issue. Who can I get in touch with to talk about this issue?
