ATT&T uverse complaint
been a loyal customers for years never late with payment this month i received the bill from my email i noticed that i was charged 49.33 which i was apose to be billed as 14.95 for the uverse internet plan i had. while reading the bill i noticed that it says uverse plan removed an new service "express" was added i haven't had the plan for 12month yet and they decided to remove my plan with remove the plan without my consent. been on the phone for at least 2 hrs with no help.. if anyone could help me out it would be greatful

I would suspect that you had some sort of promotion that expired. One one expires, you will be billed at the normal rate for your service.
You can log in to your account at https://www.att.com/olam/. Onced logged in, look on the left side around the middle of the page and you will see "My Plans". Under that you will see any services you have with Uverse listed. Click on the service you are interested in and it will show you if you have a promotion and when it will/did expire. You will then be able to figure out what is going on or what happened.

it hasnt been 12 month so something is wrong.
