add sbcglobal.net account to outlook.com

I'm trying to add my sbcglobal mail account to my outlook.com account and having a problem: the outlook.com account is not able to connect to the sbcglobal server - I'm using pop.yahoo.sbcglobal.net, port 995, and "use ssl". Are these the correct settings?

The address you want to use is pop.mail.yahoo.com and port 995 for recieveing and smtp.mail.yahoo.com and port 465 for sending. SSL should be enabled on both.

When friending me mention that you found me on the AT&T forums.
