Why on hold for so long?? no one answers the phone to help!!

I have been on hold for 37 minutes now... All I want to do is change my channel line up to a less expensive one. It won't let me change it on line, so it leaves me no choice but to call. They are way yo expensive!! Over $200.00:for their slow enter net and almost basic cable I have. I'm frustrated to put if nicely!! Anyone else having this issue??

You're paying over $200 for U-200 and 6.0 Mbps internet? Why is it that you're paying that much and I'm getting double your speed with U-300 for under $120??

because they have limited resources aka not enough Representatives who know what they're doing.. And oh yeah they are in India so their network probably went down at least three times while you were talking to them.
