Hi! I am trying to collect my AT&T Yahoo account email from an iPad and an iPhone both recently updated to ios7 and from outside the US. Both devices are now unable to collect mail but I can't tell if it is because of the update or not.
When I go online via laptop to log in I get this message:
You no longer have access to your AT&T Yahoo! account email@example.com because your AT&T Yahoo! Internet services have been suspended.
Can anyone tell me what this means and how I can get back in to my email account pleeeze! I have a PC at home that I usually use to access email. Will that be locked out of the account too? Is the problem associated to the ios7 update or is it elsewhere?
If your account is in good standing (Paid and up to date) I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team. One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly. Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.
They can investigate and come up with a resolution.
