Why haven't I received my gift card?

I signed up for uverse tv and Internet package in July 2013 with a deal that said I would receive a $100 reward gift card for signing up. It's 5 months later and I still have not received a gift card. I find this is false advertising and after my contract is up I will not be with uverse any longer.

It actually may be to late to go to the rewards center website to redeem the reward card as it's been about 5 months. You'll need to get in contact with our customer care department and request to speak with our Rewards Department. If our Rewards Department can see that you should have been eligible for a rewards card, they may be able to submit your claim and have one sent to you.
