Why don't I get the price I was quoted?

I wanted to change from At&T. I was given a solution to lower my phone costs, but they keep going up. I was not told I would have to pay for something to make this change and I am being billed in three installment. I was not told I would need add'l bulking (old-world equipment; and my phone costs are not lower, as I was quoted.

Thoroughly disgusted with large companies that still do these things. I hope this is not another case of one staff member not talking to the others.

I want to communicate withsomeone, but you do not allow an option on your website to contact you by email. Otherwise I would not have this in the 'community'. Acct *****

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
