Why do I get a busy signal when I dial voicemail - *98?

I set up voicemail just after install and it worked for a few days.  Then we had the home phone checked since calls weren't coming in, and since then I get a busy signal when I dial *98.  We still get messages on our old callnotes though .... ???

Jules11 - Sounds broken. Call in for repair.

msnwibear - You are talking U-verse voice? *98 is the number from home phone. If it does not work call for repair. If you have POTS I believe Universal Messaging is an add on. If you have it, call for repair.
