Who should I sign with after I discontinue uverse and their crappy service?

Your uverse service sucks!!! For the last eight months STRAIGHT my digital signal fails multiple times a day everyday. This is no exaggeration. EVERY SINGLE DAY ALL TIMES OF THE DAY. My boxes have been changed, reset, and Iv'e had to listen to some NON ENGLISH SPEAKING person in your customer service that just reads from a pre written bunch of bullshat that does absolutely nothing to solve my problem. Your service technicians can't even figure out why your service SUCKS!!!!!! At least the service techs were very friendly, but that don''t solve technical issues. I AM GOING TO YOUR COMPETITION AND GIVE THEM MY MONEY!!!

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team.  One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly.  Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.

 

They can and will get your issue fixed.
