Where's the OnDemand content?

Where's the OnDemand content?

When you go to http://uverseonline.att.net there's a part where you can browse content.  OK, so I found some stuff there that I'd like to watch.  So I went to my TV and pressed the OnDemand button on the remote and went to go find what I found on the http://uverseonline.att.net web site.  It isn't there.

 

Am I doing something wrong?  Am I looking in the wrong place for this content?

What channels are not available for you? Are you subscribed to the channels you want to watch? If you want to watch HBO for example, you must also have it in your Uverse package.

Some items from the website are "web only."  How that works is that the uverseonline website touches other catalogs (such as Hulu) that is not available via your TV's STB.  In fact, I think that I recall seeing something implying that you could view over a million pieces of unique content via uverseonline.  Nowhere near that many via VOD on your TV.
