Waiting on new ATT uverse connection from more than 30 Days

Can anyone please let me know who to contact for escalation on my case. I am waiting on internet connection for a month now. ATT has monopoly in my area that i have to go with them only and every week they are delaying on delivering the connection. i live in Mckinney, Texas (75070)

David - Whats the update? I am not sure what kind of customer service you guys are giving. Its more than 40 days now and i am still waiting for connection

I would recommend that you send another private message to the escalation team at AT&T Customer Care, and someone will get in touch with you.
