Uverse not available at my address

Hello,

 

I am moving to a new home that just finished being built. Now, on the ATT Uverse availablity check, it says uverse is not available.

 

Now, that being said, I am a Uverse Premises Technician. My house is in a culdesac, and directly behind my house is a service terminal that can do full a full uverse install. This pedestal is literally about 100 ft from my house. The funny thing is, there is also a pedestal in my yard thats loop length is exactly 94 feet.... which is exactly how far the serviceable terminal is away.

 

So my question is, I KNOW as a technician that Uverse is available at my house, but every single person or automated system i go through says it isn't. What can i do to get this resolved?

@Boomsyn,  the really sad thing is that even employees aren't informed about how to resolve this issue.

 

Please click this AT&T logoU-verse Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your request.  Ask them to create an "Address Validation Case" on your behalf.  You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope envelope in the upper right hand corner of this site) in a business day or three.

This is a group of U-verse service specialists who are knowledgeable about U-verse and will stay with your problem until the end (instead of forgetting about it when the phone hits the cradle). Speed things up by including your Billing Account Number, and the best time and way to reach you.

I've done that but havent heard anything back in 2 days, which is why i made this post. Ill keep waiting. Thanks!

Att uses the USPS data base, Are you set up to receive mail at this new address. I
In PMing customer care can take two to three business days for a response, address validation can take up to two weeks.

As an ATT employee, you need to send a PM to be set up with proper ID requiring a response from your manager.

I've scheduled an address change over a week ago that goes live on march 19. We'll see what the customer care can do. I've got until march 24 to get this straightened out.

 

And i currently don't have a manager... he got promoted to MSOC ;P

If I remember correctly, address validation cases have a 5-7 day turn around, depending on how busy they are.

I'm now looking at my address on the Translore Map, it is definitely in a green area. Now to wait for this ticket to be answered.
