Uverse Web DVR Access Issues

When did the web DVR control go to crap?  I can't delete multiple recordings anymore.  I get the error:


We apologize for the inconvenience but the system only supports a single delete request at this time. 


I find this unacceptable when it worked when this service went live years ago.


Also, half the time I perform a search for a show and it yields zero results.  What gives?  Has Yahoo borked this or is at&t the culprit?

I am sorry about the issues you are having with the Web DVR. It may be because you are using our older Web DVR service. If so, you can access the new one at http://uverseonline.att.net/. Once you get to that site, sign in, hover over browse, and select My DVR.

If you encounter any issues with your service or equipment, I recommend checking out our Troubleshoot & Resolve solutions to help diagnose the issue.
