Unable to access voicemail online

I am unable to access voicemail, phone logs, voicemail settings, phone features at the U-Verse online site. I log into the AT&T olam website and click on view voicemail, it takes me to the voicemail box. All tabs are blank. It says there is an error "System Alert We are currently experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later (Code 399)". It has been like this since I signed up and setup my voicemail box with the phone.  I am new to U-Verse and this is some what frustrating since I cannot setup anything or see my voice mail. Would someone please help with this matter.

Since this appears to be an issue specific to your account, please click this AT&T logoU-verse Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your issue. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope envelope in the upper right hand corner of this site) in a business day or three.


This is a group of U-verse service specialists who are knowledgeable about U-verse and will stay with your problem until the end (instead of forgetting about it when the phone hits the cradle). Speed things up by including your Billing Account Number, and the best time and way to reach you.
