UVerse Service Avability

Greetings from Ohio. I'm looking into getting ATT Uverse. Both my neighbors have it as well as two people across the street have it. We had a ATT sales rep trying to see the service over the summer but at that time I declined. I inquire about service and have been told I'm not eligible for UVerse service. Why was I eligible at one point and now I'm no longer eligible? I've called customer service countless times and have been told I'm not eligible. I would sincerely appreciate any help.

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team.  One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly.  Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.


They can look at your address and confirm or deny service availability.

I'd like to give a update to this question I had. The folks at customer care were less then helpful. They kept giving me a phone script response that U-verse is expanding rapidly even though both of my neighbours had U-verse Service and I was once eligible. I finally contacted the local AT&T store and the rep there set up an F case. I was told this would be a matter of days till I was given the results. I continued to call the store, and they were unable to locate the status of my F case weeks after I contacted them. In the meantime, I continued to call customer care, and finally I got a very knowledgeable person. She filled some type of report out and sent it to the local maintenance office. I checked a couple days after that, and seen my address was serviceable.



My advice:

  • Continue to call customer care even if they give you the script call
  • Call or stop in your local AT&T Office
  • Be persistent
