UVerse .5mps Streaming Netflix - Starts & Stops

I have UVerse internet. Am streaming Netflix and it is
running .5mps and starts and stops often to download.
Will take all night to watch a movie.

Any suggestions ? Would a signal booster help ?

I had that problem when I had a lower internet speed.  I am on a promotion where I got a higher internet speed for the same price as the lower one for 1 year.  Call CS at the number in my sig and see if there are any promotions to upgrade to a higher speed.  This will eliminate the buffering that you are experiencing when watching Netflix.
