U-verse service getting interrupted multiple times a day
I upgraded to giga power last devember and since then, the serive started getting disconnected multiple times per week. Sometimes it last a few minutes and sometimes longer. When that happens, I lose internet and TV service. Called techincal support multiple times. They sent technicians twice. One of them swapped the modem, but I still have the problem. Today we got disconnected three time already. HELP!!!!!!!!
