U-verse TV

I have had U-verse phone and internet for a year now. I call every month to see when U-verse TV will be ready at my aparment and get to same answer every time. They say they do not know because the ones's that do the work on the lines will not tell them any thing. Now this is just right out stupid. I am getting tired of waiting to get it. I hate to go with the cable because they charge way to much for all 3.  and i would like to keep all 3 with one com. So if AT&T can't let me know when i'll be able to get u-verse tv then i will have no choice but to cancell my account with them and go with cable. And yes i am ticked off
