This is horrible!!

I agree with all of the negative comments about AT&T uverse and the support. They need to do a rehire or retraining on every employee. I haven't had a good experience yet not have I not been lied to. Not to mention my credit was pulled and I have a confirmation number on new service yet no one can help me with the account or it's not found. This is a complete rip off!!!
