The other floors in my apartment have TV, Top Tier DSL, but my floor doesn't??

I just recently got ATT DSL service because Comcast was getting way too expensive. So When I checked the availability for my address, I was told I was only available for PRO (3Mbps) and no TV service. Fair enough, $29 was a great bargin. Well when it comes time for my install date, after the contractor was all said and done, he had asked me why I didn't jump on the TV bundle, in which I told him what the representative told me, that it wasn't available at my address. He tells me that that was not the case because The U-Verse FioS box is right out side on the pole underneath the ATT box. So after he left, I just wanted to check something, sure enough when I put the other 3 floors in my apartment, not only were they able to get the TV service, but they were also available for the top DSL tiers (up to 45Mbps) I want to know why this would be the case. Surely It can't be too hard to have my floor available for these services too when all the other floors can get it?

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team.  One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly.  Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.

 

They can investigate your address and see what the issue is.

I would hope after 2 months someone from AT&T has taken care of this already.  This was posted on ‎10-19-2013 11:52:01 AM.  That's 2 months ago!!
