Well, I call up to complain about a continuing billing issue and I was HOT and ready for a fight.
After I vented to Waren, he reviewed my problem and talked to his supervisor and returned with a credit and a complete review of my U-verse service and phone service with AT&T. Not only did he solve my problem but got a reduction in my bill for an annual savings of over $500.00 !
