Okay where to start ive had nothing but problems from my uverse internet. First off im paying for 12m/b service its the fastest i have available in my area or i would upgrade i have had numerous techs out to fix the problem but none have ever done anything. the last tech i had said there was something wrong at our local main office that was effecting all of the 12m/b connections in my area and that downgrading to 6m/b would give me a steady connection. that is not a solution to me i do not want slower speeds i want what im paying for. for the last 3 months i have been calling att trying to get some help i have been scheduled for a new tech to come out 3 times and no one ever showed up or called, no emails nothing at all. I am very unsatisfied by the service recently this is the only other option on the website i can find if anyone has any tips or advice maybe some help i would be greatly appreciated any info needed i would be happy to try and supply ive posted a speed test i did just as i wrote this. these are my usual speeds so please someone help me solve this problem.

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.
Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck
