Set top box does not match


Set top box does not match

Recently I added a wireless receiver to my account. Unfortunately, I let my lack of patience get the best of me and tried to install before my activation time (:/) I see that they can be reset... is it possible for me to get mine reset?

I can't blame you, I'm the same way. Any time I get something new, I must begin trying to break it immediately Smiley Happy.


I have submitted the reset for you. All you should need to do is reboot the STB by unplugging and plugging it back in, and when you get the Service Connection Error screen, press OK on the box to Try Again.
