Rewards Card $150.00 Letter/ Not Received

Hi i have been waiting to receive notice of my 150.00 reward card after moving and opening a UVerse, Voice, Internet and Cable. I moved in July 2013 and with all the moving around and not having ro to notice i just realized i never received my award for opening my account with At&t. I would like to know how i can redeem my reward. Thanks you!

Please visit this site to redeem your rewards: https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx  Fill out the requested information and once the info is verified and accepted it will show you a time line of all realted activities down to when your rewards card will be sent.

I check and it says my reward has expired. I never received my letter. I would like to get my rewards.

If it says it expired, I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the AT&TCustomerCare customer service team. They will reply back with a PM (blue envelope in the top right of the page). Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time.
