I had to order a new remote control device today as my original silver remote had buttons that just didn't work anymore. I thought there would be an exchange program available, or some way to communicate
directly with customer service, but there was not. I think that At&t should offer reimbursement or credit
on my account for the cost of the remote. I have been a loyal At&t customer since it first came into this
area, even with the internet costs being higher than other companies.Thanks.
