Reinstate Uverse After Vacation Hold

My Uverse service was put on vacation hold to begin in July.  I have gone into my acct to confirm my restart date but see no information.  ATT mistakenly showed the service to be reconnected on June 29th which was actually the date I called to set up the hold to begin July 8th.  I called and they corrected the error but the confirmation email notice shows this incorrect date.

 

I estimated my return date verbally to the customer service agent as my return travel plans had not been confirmed at the time.   I am unable to make a 1-800 call from my current location to set my service to restart on October 10th.  Does anyone know if there is a way to do this online? Looks like the vacation hold link is for setup only.

You might try this:

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the ATTU-verseCare Community Specialist team.  One of the specialists will respond to your PM shortly.  Please look for the flashing envelope at the top right of the page for your response from a team member.

 

Copy and paste your post in the PM and they should be able to help you.

Thanks for your suggestion.  I did receive a message from a service rep with a request for additional acct. information which I provided.  I asked for a return confirmation (no response).  Sent 2nd request for written confirmation last night...still waiting.

They should reply back shortly.  They are really good a resolving issues so be patient.
