We are upgrading to the 45 Mbps. The problem here is we were promised it done Saturday. Then this morning I got a call apologizing saying it would be done today. I took off work early today to meet the tech, who again wasn't here and they said someone would be here at9 am on Thursday. I work 8-6 Monday thru Friday and 9-2 Saturday. I cx can't keep missing work to have internet fixed and I don't see why I am paying for tv and internet I can't use.
