I don't play like a child with cell phones.

 

Again am I getting a 1 week credit and also will my linebacker service pay for the $99 charge to come inside ?

You got on record to come out this Saturday at 5pm

You we're scheduled Jul 31 to come between noon and 5 pm and I guess the rain is an excuse for not hearing from you.

Actually you came out July 24 for static to fix and the problem got worse with no dial tone instead.

So the July 31 appointment was about getting me dial tone because of this.

I'm going to be right by the front door before your due to come so just knock and I'll let you in my apartment.

Otherwise respond by my answering machine or emailing me to get me.

Your Line-Backer protection plan should cover the repair costs for your telephone services if the technician does need to come inside.

As far as any credit goes, you will need to call or live chat with our landline team.
