Hello, it appears that Power 45 has been in DFW since September but for some reason I am not able to upgrade to it. I constantly see commercials about it and it is listed on the internet but yet no option for me to upgrade. My area is a fairly new area (house built 2010) and I am currently on the 24mbps plan so I cannot understand why I am unable to upgrade.
Is Power45 only limited to new customers?? I have read in many places that if you already have the 24mbps plan you have really good chances of qualifying for the 45. I also read that a manual qualification could be done but no where do I see how to get that done which brings me here.
Can someone within ATT please assist me with determining why I am unable to get the Power 45 plan??

@my thoughts, I didn't think FTTP could be on the 24 Mbps plan because the max profile for the ONT won't accomodate the necessary upstream.

Excuse my ignorance but you lost me there. How do I determine if I am FTTP with an ONT on the side of the house?
Does any of this help?

I yeah, I forgot about Austin. I was thinking about the previous implementations.
Which is all beside the point since this guy is clearly VDSL2 and close to the VRAD. I think it's time for him (you/OP) to click this U-verse Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your request. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope in the upper right hand corner of this site) in a business day or three.
This is a group of U-verse service specialists who are knowledgeable about U-verse and will stay with your problem until the end (instead of forgetting about it when the phone hits the cradle). Speed things up by including your Billing Account Number, and the best time and way to reach you.
